Please include a copy of the following documents to support your application (applications cannot be processed until this information is provided).

Copy of qualification for the person applying for Premium Membership (i.e. copy of National Certificate in Hairdressing (Level 4) OR Trade Certificate in Hairdressing OR evidence of hairdressing prior to 1968 (Auckland prior to 1974), Level 4 commercial barbering incl Unit 10650, OR a qualification deemed equivalent by HITO.
